What we collect

Your name, work email, phone and practice details when you request a quote; the answers you enter to build your binder; files you upload; and a record of sign-ins and actions in your account (time, network address and browser) for security.

What we do not want

Patient information. The portal is designed so it is never needed. Please do not enter or upload it.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, estimate and invoice; to generate and deliver your binder; to send account and renewal emails; to keep the service secure; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your information and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our accounting system (QuickBooks Online, operated by Intuit) receives your practice name, contact and the items on your estimate and invoice. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Binders and their editions for at least six years after the last edition, to match HIPAA's retention rule for your documentation. Quote requests that never become orders are deleted after two years. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to accounting record laws.

You can view and change your answers at any time, export them, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
